Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Coordinator, based in Jaipur. The Warehouse Coordinator will oversee daily warehouse operations, including managing shipping and receiving, inventory control, and inventory management. Responsibilities include organizing and monitoring stock levels, coordinating material handling, ensuring timely and accurate shipments, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in Shipping & Receiving processes and a solid understanding of material handling practices
- Proficiency in Inventory Control and Inventory Management systems
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and vendors
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure efficient warehouse operations
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems and related software is a plus
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting and moving materials
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are an advantage
