Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Associate located in Bengaluru. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for day-to-day operations, including shipping, receiving, packing, unloading goods, and operating handling equipment. The role also involves maintaining the organization, safety, and cleanliness of the warehouse environment, and collaborating with other team members to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Experience with Shipping & Receiving processes and Packing techniques
- Skills in Unloading and proper handling of goods
- Proficiency in operating equipment such as Forklifts and Pallet Jacks
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Physical ability to perform tasks that include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is an advantage
- Basic understanding of workplace safety standards
