Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our team in our on-site facility located in Patna. The role involves handling shipping and receiving tasks, packing and unpacking goods, unloading deliveries, and operating equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. The Warehouse Associate will ensure that all inventory requirements are efficiently managed, while maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Collaboration with team members to meet daily operational targets is also a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Shipping & Receiving to handle inventory, manage shipments, and process orders effectively
- Proficiency in Packing and Unloading to organize, secure, and receive goods safely
- Skill in Forklift Operation and Pallet Jack usage for efficient movement of materials
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to safety and detail
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate within a team
- Prior warehouse experience is preferred, but not mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent is a plus
