Role Description The Warehouse Associate role at Kishor Industries is a full-time, on-site position based in Jamnagar. The Warehouse Associate will handle daily shipping and receiving activities, including verifying incoming materials, preparing outbound orders, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Responsibilities include packing products securely, unloading trucks and containers, organizing materials on pallets or shelves, and ensuring the warehouse remains clean, safe, and well-organized. The role may involve operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment in compliance with safety guidelines. The Warehouse Associate will collaborate closely with production and logistics teams to support timely order fulfillment and efficient warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Experience with Shipping & Receiving, including verifying documentation and managing inventory movements.
- Skills in Packing and organizing products to prevent damage and ensure accurate order preparation.
- Ability to safely perform Unloading tasks and handle physical warehouse work, following safety procedures.
- Competence in Forklift Operation and Pallet Jack use, with appropriate training or certification preferred.
- Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills for inventory tracking and stock reconciliation.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Willingness to work on-site in Jamnagar and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is an advantage.
