Job Summary: The Warehouse Associate will oversee daily operations in the warehouse, ensuring that all processes are executed efficiently and in accordance with company policies. This role includes managing a team of warehouse staff, coordinating inventory management, and ensuring a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activities of warehouse to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and timely replenishment.
- Receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Maintain efficient warehouse processes and procedures.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate workers performance.
- Prepare and analyze reports related to inventory, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of warehouse operations with overall company activities.
What we are looking for:
- You should have experience in Warehousing business with strong knowledge in Inbound/outbound processes.
- Minimum qualification should be 12th Pass, Graduate preferred
- You should have relevant 1-2 years of experience.
- Experience with e-commerce warehouse operations background is desirable.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
