Job Title : Warehouse – Assistant Manager

Job Descriptions
· Responsible for entire stores operations
· Ensuring compliance to security and safety of material & people.
· Ownership and control of all assets.
· Preparations for regulatory and statutory audits, visits.
· Active participation in Quarterly/Yearly stock audits.
· Preparation/Review of General and Operational SOP’s.
· Ensure good housekeeping as per cGMP norms and SOP.
· Ensure performing / implementation of cGMP’s and SOP’s in warehouse.
· Provide Stock statements, Ageing, Retest, Expiry, Near Expiry, Slow moving report to
management.
· Checking of daily/routine log books and reports.
· Allocation of Material Storage area as per design and cGMP requirements.
· Allocation of Numbering and coding for warehouse equipment’s/ accessories as per QA
procedure.
· Complete Qualification activities for all warehouse equipment’s: RLAF, Pass Box,
Cold Room, Deep Freezer, etc. and for Warehouse area (CNC and Grade areas) with vendor, EMD and QA.
· Approval of Cold Room Data as per laid down procedure
· Initiation/follow-up/closure of QMS documents as per QA procedure.
· Participate in Migration of inventory from Tally software to SAP.
· Preparation of Material code templates and providing to SAP Team.
· Providing Initial stock data to SAP team for uploading stock in SAP.
· Co-ordination with SAP team for migration related activity in SAP.
· Raising Purchase Requisitions in SAP for consumables.
· Reservation of Warehouse consumption.
· Ensuring Receipts and Storage of Raw, Packing, Consumables and Project material.
· Ensuring Dispensing/Issuance of materials as per procedures and reconciliation.
· Monitoring GRN’s STO’s RGP, NRGP activity.
· Ensuring real time updating of records of Inventory in SAP.
· Co-ordination with QC for real time release of material.
· Communication pertaining to the Warehouse activities.
