We’re Hiring: Warden (NGO)
Our organization is looking for a compassionate and responsible Warden to oversee daily operations and ensure the well-being of residents in our care.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage day-to-day activities of residents
* Ensure safety, hygiene, and discipline within the facility
* Provide emotional support and maintain a positive environment
* Coordinate with staff, healthcare providers, and management
* Maintain records and reports of residents
🔹 Requirements:
* Strong sense of responsibility and empathy
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Prior experience in caregiving, social work, or similar roles is preferred
* Ability to handle sensitive situations with patience and care
🔹 Location: Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu
🔹 Employment Type: Full-time
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 per month
