UX Designer III

This opportunity is in Bentonville, Arkansas where we are expanding our awesome design community in our new, state-of-the-art campus. As a UX Designer, your role will involve simplifying intricate workflows and information to create easy-to-use experiences. You'll be responsible for bringing a high level of craft to your work and ensuring the usability of the experiences you create. You'll utilize our Design System which will help deliver consistent and improved experiences on a larger scale. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to our Design System by introducing new components. Your storytelling abilities will come into play as you effectively present the rationale behind your product designs to your broader cross-functional team.
