About the Role Walmart US eCommerce is seeking an MBA Intern to support strategic initiatives and operational planning within the Item Integrity and Content Strategy organization. In this role, you will work closely with the Item Integrity and Content Strategy leadership team and partner with leaders across the business to help drive alignment, support continuous improvement efforts, and assist in executing key business priorities. This internship provides hands-on experience in strategy development, cross-functional operations, and executive-level problem solving within one of the world's largest retailers. What You'll Do - Own a high-impact, MBA-level project focused on solving a critical business challenge and presenting recommendations to leadership. - Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enable scalable operations. - Assist with strategic planning, organizational operating rhythms, and cross-functional workstreams. - Prepare executive-ready communications, presentations, and strategic updates. - Build strong cross-functional partnerships across Walmart's eCommerce and enterprise teams.
