WalkMe Consultant/Developer
Our client is looking for WalkMe Consultant/Developer to design and deliver digital adoption solutions using WalkMe, including building interactive guidance (Smart Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, Launchers, and ShoutOuts). You will collaborate with stakeholders and UX teams to identify opportunities, troubleshoot technical issues, and lead end-to-end implementation while providing clear guidance, documentation, and support.
Location: Remote
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Until end of 2026 + extensions
Workload: 40 hours/week
Language: English
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain: Smart Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, Launchers, ShoutOuts, and other WalkMe DAP components.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and UX teams to understand processes, identify pain points, and define digital adoption opportunities.
- Configure WalkMe for: Application onboarding, Process automation, Self‑service support
- Analyze user behavior using WalkMe Insights; create dashboards and measure adoption metrics.
- Troubleshoot WalkMe issues, including script conflicts with web applications.
- Participate in scoping, design, development, testing, and deployment of WalkMe solutions across platforms.
- Provide technical guidance and documentation to stakeholders; explain technical issues to non‑technical audiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Typically 1–5 years in WalkMe development
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, jQuery and browser‑based debugging.
- Experience in UX/UI design, user journey mapping, and content structuring.
- Ability to coordinate WalkMe projects and upskill junior resources
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
