Role: WalkMe Architect
Location: Noida (5 days office)

Shift hours: 03:00 to 12:00 pm IST
Job Descriptions:
- Design and deliver WalkMe enablement workshops
- Facilitate hands-on sessions using WalkMe playbooks and certification programs
- Identify and support WalkMe “champions”
- Establish a WalkMe Center of Excellence (CoE) for governance
- Be part of a team providing Learning Design & Development services to customers.
- Collaborate closely with Client stakeholders to identify instructional goals/objectives for WalkMe programs and design solutions for WalkMe
- Work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design course format and packaging to provide seamless learner (User) experience
- Participate in and contribute to setting the Project standards for learning experience
- Design, build, and maintain WalkMe Smart Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, Launchers, ShoutOuts, and other DAP elements to enhance user adoption and engagement.
- Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and UX teams to identify user pain points and digital adoption opportunities.
- Configure WalkMe to support application onboarding, process automation, and self-service support.
- Develop segmentation, rules, and goals within WalkMe for personalized user experiences.
- Train team members on WalkMe platform
Experience and Qualification:
- 5+Years experience working with WalkMe and 10+ years of experience working with any Digital Adoption platform in a development or implementation role
- Walkme developer and Program Manager certified
- Walkme DAP100 professional
- Hands on experience developing Walkme walks on multiple platforms such as SAP, SuccessFactors, Oracle, Salesforce, Servicenow, websites, etc.
- Walkme system provisioning experience
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WalkMe deployments
- Support training efforts by aligning WalkMe content with instructional design best practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels and cultures
- Ability to navigate a complex matrixed and virtual environment
- Customer focused and results oriented with attention to detail and solution focused mentality
- Strong sense of ownership, systematic troubleshooting and ability to follow through tasks to completion
- The ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities with the flexibility to meet the demands of the team when needed
