We are conducting a Walk-in Drive for Talent Acquisition professionals with 2-6 years of experience in Corporate IT / Technology hiring for our Noida location.
Who should walk in?
2-6 years of experience in end to end Corporate IT Technology hiring (mandatory).
Strong understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle - from demand discovery, sourcing, stakeholder alignment to offer management and onboarding.
Ability to initiate strong hiring conversations and negotiate with junior to mid-senior level candidates
Sharp focus on process adherence, compliance, SOPs, and governance
Looking for Immediate or Early Joiners only
Working Model: Hybrid
Who is NOT eligible?
Professionals with only HR consulting / staffing experience
Candidates with non-IT hiring backgrounds
