Key Responsibilities:
1. Migration Planning
- Develop a fully integrated migration plan covering phases, timelines, RACI, risks, assumptions, dependencies, and gate criteria.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise change management and operational readiness frameworks.
2. Data Migration & Quality Assurance
- Build and deliver a comprehensive data migration package, including:
- Data dictionary
- Data extract specifications (format, fields, frequency)
- Data quality validation and cleansing checks
- Reconciliation reports
- Secure data transfer and landing zone approach
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all data flows meet audit and compliance requirements.
3. Knowledge Transfer & Stakeholder Enablement
- Create and manage a Knowledge Transfer (KT) plan covering:
- SME availability
- KT session calendar
- Documentation and artefact development
4. Cutover Planning & Execution
- Develop a detailed cutover playbook:
- Parallel run strategy where possible
- Go/NoGo criteria
- Rollback plans
- Resource and coverage plan
- Test Plan with cutover rehearsals and coordinate live cutover execution with crossfunctional teams.
5. PostMigration Stabilization & Exit Management
- Manage postmigration hyper care, ensuring defects, customer escalations, and stability issues are tracked and resolved.
- Deliver a formal Exit/Reverse Transition plan and checklist, including:
- Required artefacts
- Responsibilities
- Timing and acceptance criteria
Required Skills:
- Bachelors Degree with 2-5 years experience in large-scale customer or Service migrations, Telecom, or related field.
- Strong understanding of network connectivity products (Voice, VPN, IP, Ethernet, Waves).
- Experience with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, R4, CLM/Adobe Sign.
- Expertise in network migration methodologies, quality assurance, and reconciliation.
- Prior experience in telecom or enterprise network service providers.
