About the role:
The Data Management Analyst will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely setup, maintenance, and validation of financial instruments and indices within the firms systems. This role supports portfolio management, trading, and operations by maintaining high-quality reference data and pricing information.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Security Setup & Maintenance:
- Create and maintain security master data for equities, fixed income, derivatives, and other instruments.
- Validate and update attributes such as ISIN, CUSIP, ticker, coupon, maturity, and corporate actions.
- Ensure compliance with internal data standards and regulatory requirements.
2. Index Setup & Maintenance:
- Set up and maintain benchmark indices used for portfolio performance measurement.
- Monitor index changes and corporate actions impacting benchmarks.
- Coordinate with index providers to ensure timely updates.
3. Security Pricing:
- Source and validate daily prices for all securities from multiple vendors.
- Resolve pricing discrepancies and escalate issues as needed.
- Support valuation processes for NAV calculation and performance reporting.
4. Data Quality & Governance:
- Perform regular data integrity checks and exception management.
- Document processes and maintain audit trails for data changes.

- All original education documents needs to be available for verification. (10th, 12th, Graduation (Sem Wise Marksheet, CMM. Provisional and Original Degree)
