JOB DESCRIPTION:
Command Center / Operations
- 2–6 years of experience in Command Center, NOC, IT Operations, or Production Support
- Strong understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes
- Experience working in 24×7 shift environments
Monitoring & Tools
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix, or SCOM
- Familiarity with alerting, dashboards, and event correlation
Systems & Infrastructure (Basic)
- Basic knowledge of Linux / Windows servers
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancers)
- Awareness of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus
Ticketing & ITSM
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira, or equivalent
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change)
Good to Have (Preferred Skills)
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Exposure to Cloud Operations (AWS/Azure)
- Experience supporting critical applications or BFSI/enterprise environments
- Knowledge of automation/runbook tools
- Understanding of SLA reporting and metrics
