Desired Competencies
MustHave (Technical)
- Strong experience in Core Java and Java features (Java 8+)
- Proficiency in Spring Boot and Spring Batch
- Expertise in Microservices architecture
- RESTful service design & development
- Frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3
- Strong knowledge of SQL and databases
- Experience with exception handling, logging, and performance tuning
GoodtoHave
- Understanding of containerization & deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, JBoss
- Familiarity with build and version control tools: Maven, Gradle, Git
- Experience in ETL processes and data integration workflows
- Handson experience with Angular or React
Responsibilities / Expectations from the Role
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprisescale full stack applications
- Demonstrate ownership mindset with strong attention to detail
- Build and enhance Javabased backend services using Spring Boot & Microservices
- Develop secure, scalable, and highperformance REST APIs
- Create intuitive and responsive UI components using Angular (preferred) or React
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and production issue analysis
- Follow SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and enterprise coding standards
- Apply strong knowledge of Spring MVC, Spring Batch, Core Java, SQL
- Optimize application performance and ensure reliability
- Maintain excellent communication, documentation, analytical, and problemsolving skills
- Proficiency in responsive UI design standards using Angular 6+/React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
