JOB DESCRIPTION:
Full stack Software Engineer who will be working with one of scrum teams to build and maintain, change and further evolve the policy administration platform. Expectations is to sustain the culture of continuous improvement both from a process and technical perspective, ensuring that
- Concentrate on building working software
- Good understanding of Software Engineering concepts
- Frequently deliver high value features to our customers
- Agile techniques such as BDD are used to ensure the whole team is involved in delivering the right solution to customers.
- Constantly innovate to improve the efficiency and productivity
- Strong knowledge in MVC Architecture or strong knowledge on .net code and entity framework and Agile Methodology
- Ensure maximum coverage of unit test case and test the API functionality using Postman/Swagger
- Strong knowledge in OOPS concepts and design patterns
- Should have strong analytical skill to debug and fix any issue during SDLC phase
- Strong communication skills and own deliverables
- E2EAdaptable to learn new Technologies as per requirement
- mentExperience with code repositories (AWS Code commit, Git) for continuous integration
- Performing analysis, development and delivery of high quality and resilient policy administration system
- Becoming a valued member of one of scrum teams focused on:
- Stories that deliver features and improvements to one of existing products
- Stories aimed at exploring and shaping a new product or feature during its “discovery phase” with a view to establishing it as a key part of product suite in the future
- Contributing to the development of solutions that meet the strategic requirements of our business
- Identifying improvement opportunities such as enhancements to standards or technical innovations to increase the quality and efficiency of delivery
.Providing technical expertise and collaborating in teams operating across globally
- Strong Knowledge of C#, ASP .Net, .Net framework, .Net core
- Modern software engineering practices, such as Test Driven Development, Behavior Driven Development, Continuous Integration (Azure DevOps), Code Analysis software
- Experience in UI skills (HTML, CSS and Javascript, Angular), JQuery
- Source Code Management (AWS/Azure DevOps Repos / Git).
- Creating RESTful APIs on Microsoft stack
- Understanding of ORM integration
- Agile way of thinking Cloud understanding – AWS/Azure Senior developer with the commercial experience
- on Working within an Agile environment
- Web application development on Microsoft platforms using c#
- Source Code Management (GIT, AzureDevOps Repos, AWS Devops)
- Good to have the background knowledge of Asp.Net webforms migration
