💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and build strong customer relationships
- Assist clients with financial services (Gold Loan, Forex, Travel)
- Provide excellent customer support
- Cross-sell and upsell company services
💼 Business Segments:
- Gold Loan
- Foreign Exchange
- Travel & Holidays
👤 Eligibility:
- 0–2 years experience in customer service/sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Freshers are welcome
- Immediate joiners preferred
