Open Positions :
· Civil Engineer – Structure | Experience: 7–12 years | Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma – Civil | Focus: Structure execution, BBS and site coordination.
· Civil Engineer – Finishing | Experience: 7–12 years | Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma – Civil | Focus: Finishing works, material planning and contractor coordination.
· MEP Engineer | Experience: 7–12 years | Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma – Mechanical/Electrical | Focus: MEP drawings, service coordination and plumbing compliance.
· Billing Engineer | Experience: 4–10 years | Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma – Civil | Focus: Client/subcontractor billing, BOQ, BBS and payment tracking.
· QA/QC Engineer | Experience: 3–6 years | Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma – Civil | Focus: QAP implementation, IS/CPWD compliance and NC tracking.
· Mechanical Foreman | Experience: 7–12 years | Qualification: Diploma – Mechanical | Focus: Mechanical equipment maintenance and site support.
· Plumbing Foreman | Experience: 7–12 years | Qualification: Diploma – Mechanical/Electrical | Focus: Plumbing execution, STP/WTP and material identification.
· Safety Officer | Experience: 5–10 years | Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma – Civil/Mechanical/Electrical | Focus: BOCW/EHS compliance, training and site safety monitoring.
What We’re Looking For
· Strong residential construction-site experience in the relevant function.
· Ability to coordinate with project managers, contractors, vendors and site teams.
· Working knowledge of drawings, execution planning, quality, safety and compliance requirements.
· Commitment to timelines, documentation, reporting and professional site discipline.
