Position: Senior Recruiter / Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with suitable candidates
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines and database management
• Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality standards
• Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
• Meet individual and team recruitment targets
• Maintain accurate reporting and ATS updates

Requirements:

• 5+ years of recruitment experience (agency or corporate)
• Strong sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, and networking channels
• Experience handling volume hiring or niche hiring (preferred)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Target-driven and process-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
