🚶 Walk-in Drive in Bangalore for International Sales Operations / Inside Sales / Order Management 🚶
📍 Location: Bangalore
⏰ Immediate Joiners Preferred
💰 CTC:
▪ 2+ Years – 5.5 LPA
▪ 4+ Years – 8 LPA
▪ 6+ Years – 12 LPA
▪ Team Lead experience on paper is mandatory for 6+ years profiles
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Act as SME for handling high-complexity sales transactions across the sales lifecycle
• Support Inside Sales operations including lead-to-quote, deal registration & customer order entry
• Execute sales transactions with high accuracy and SLA adherence
• Review and validate quotes, sales orders & deal submissions
• Investigate complex issues and perform RCA
• Handle process-level escalations independently
• Participate in daily huddles and share risk insights
• Prepare & maintain SOPs, work instructions & knowledge articles
• Train and onboard new team members
• Support process/tool enhancement initiatives
• Participate in client calls and resolve operational issues
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements
• Ensure compliance with governance and quality standards
