Role - Product Specialist

As a Product Specialist, you would be responsible for -

• Product implementation and providing managed services to the assigned clients & countries
• Learn & demonstrate product knowhow and Country expertise (business rules and compliance) for the assigned countries
• Provide customer guidance, recommendations, and solutions throughout the entire implementation process
• Collaborate & work with other teams within the organization & clients to deliver the required output timely and accurately
• Conduct live or web-based workshops as required virtually and on-site that includes participation in Global Design workshops, country workshops, client user training and product demonstrations
• Handle & resolve client issues during implementation & managed services delivery through detailed root cause analysis and provide preventive & corrective actions
• Demonstrate highly responsive and customer focussed approach with clear oral and written communication
• Drive process improvement and best practices both in implementations and service delivery
• Create training aids, including training handbooks, country documents, User guides and other reference materials. Maintenance of country knowledge repository for the assigned countries

Preferred candidate profile: MBA - 2024/2025/2026 Passout

Eligibility:

• 65% or above mandatory across educational qualifications (10th, 12th, UG & MBA)
• No active backlogs
• Good Communication skill is required
• Confident
• Immediate Joining
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Formal dress code
