💼 Role: US Mortgage Underwriting
💰 CTC:
• 2+ Years – Up to 8 LPA
• 6+ Years – Up to 16 LPA (Team Lead on paper mandatory)
⏳ Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

🔍 Job Requirements:
Minimum 18 months of experience in independently underwriting residential mortgage loans
Strong analytical skills with DU & LP experience
At least 12 months of underwriting/re-underwriting experience in:
• Conventional Loans
• FHA Loans
• VA Loans (Government Products)
Familiarity with standard mortgage concepts, practices, and procedures
Hands-on experience with any Mortgage Loan Origination System (LOS)
Ability to plan and execute tasks with minimal supervision
Strong mathematical & statistical aptitude
Good problem-solving skills with a creative approach
🎓 Eligibility:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred for India operations)
Relevant graduation or equivalent qualification
