Job Profile Responsibilities
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in International Technical CHAT Support - troubleshooting
- Willingness to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and dynamic priorities.
- Open to working in 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
Required Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of web page designing,HTML,CSS and JavaScript.
- Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Solid grasp of web development fundamentals including browser behavior, cookies, tracking pixels, and page load dynamics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to adapt tone and style based on the audience.
- Demonstrates empathy, ownership, and sincerity when addressing customer concerns and requirements.

- Shift : US Shifts (Night Shifts)
- Customer Service Skills : Empathy, ownership, and sincerity are crucial.
- Qualification : Any graduate ( we are not hiring undergrad or people with Internship experience)
