Walk-In Drive on 18th Mar | Quality Specialist (QMS & Supply Chain) | Bangalore
We are conducting a Walk-In Drive for Quality Specialist roles for professionals with experience in QMS and Supply Chain domain. If you have a strong background in quality processes, audits, and process improvement, this is a great opportunity to grow with a leading organization.

💰 Salary: Up to 5.5 LPA
🕒 Shift: US Shift
⏳ Notice Period: Immediate to 25 Days
🔎 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Ensure Service Delivery Quality across assigned processes
✔ Perform activities as per the Service Quality Plan
✔ Identify and track process performance metrics and report Table F performance monthly
✔ Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)
✔ Identify and validate key controls in QMS processes related to engagements
✔ Perform Transaction Monitoring audits and validate sampling plans on a quarterly basis
✔ Conduct random audits on key controls including sampling methodology adherence
✔ Drive quality improvement initiatives and project closures
✔ Perform risk identification and mitigation activities
✔ Ensure assessment and compliance with quality standards
✔ Manage process reporting and performance data analysis
⭐ Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
* Exposure to Supply Chain / Operations Quality processes
* Strong analytical, auditing, and reporting skills
* Good stakeholder communication and problem-solving abilities
