Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a fresher in Contact Center Collection Telecalling, based in Gurugram. The individual will handle inbound and outbound calls for the recovery and collection of overdue payments from customers. Responsibilities include assisting customers with payment-related queries, maintaining accurate records of interactions in the system, and providing excellent customer service while ensuring a courteous approach in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills and ability to clearly articulate information to customers
- Proficiency in Customer Service, with the ability to assist and resolve customer queries related to payments and collections
- Basic computer knowledge to maintain accurate records and update systems efficiently
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills
- High School diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory
