Location: SKIP House, First Floor Front Wing, 25/1 Museum Road, Bangalore – 560025


Eligibility Criteria:

Experience: 0-2 Years (Freshers are welcome)

Qualifications: Any UG Degree


Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Processing & Validation

  • Review and analyze invoices received from clients (primarily Australia)
  • Validate invoices for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to client-specific requirements
  • Process approved invoices in client systems with a high level of accuracy
  • Initiate and manage claims submission post-processing
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely task completion

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure all transactions comply with internal policies and client guidelines
  • Identify discrepancies and escalate issues promptly
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy and process integrity

Collaboration & Communication

  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams for smooth workflow
  • Communicate clearly regarding task status, challenges, and updates


Preferred Skills:

MS Excel, Good Communication skills, Strong analytical and typing skills.


Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 07:00 AM - 04:00 PM

3rd Saturdays: 07:00 AM - 04:00 PM (Based on the business requirements)
