JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sr. Process Executive
Job Summary:
The Recruitment Administrator plays a key role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process. This position is responsible for coordinating with hiring managers, sourcing and screening candidates, managing interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle. Being responsible for accomplishing activities within a given Service Level Agreement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Intake & Role Understanding
- Schedule and conduct intake call with hiring managers to gather role requirements and set expectations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions and shortlist candidate profiles.
2. Sourcing
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, and internal databases to identify top talent.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines for active and future roles.
3. Screening & Interview Coordination
- Manage job postings.
- Conduct initial introductory calls to assess candidate suitability based on job requirements.
- Support the selection process by facilitating communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for subsequent interview rounds (assessments, technical, panel).
- Ensure we receive timely feedback from hiring managers and communicate it to candidates.
4. Candidate Communication
- Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to candidates regarding their application status.
5. Documentation & Offer Process
- Conduct thorough document verification for selected candidates prior to issuing the Letter of Intent (LOI).
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely release of offer letters post LOI acceptance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR administration.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
