Key Responsibilities
- Resource Allocation: Assign available employees to projects based on skill sets, experience, and availability.
- Database Maintenance: Maintain an accurate, up-to-date database of employee skills, roles, and project allocations.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with project managers, department heads, and recruitment teams to align talent with project requirements.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly or monthly reports on utilization, bench strength (unassigned staff), and staffing forecasts.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (reporting, data analysis)
- Communication: Good communication skills.
