Job Profile Responsibilities
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analysis
- Strong experience with SQL and Advanced Excel
- Good to have experience in Tableau and RCA methodologies
- Hands-on experience working with complex datasets and statistical analysis
Required Technical Skills
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using reports and dashboards
- Analyze real-time and near real-time performance data
- Identify system and workflow performance gaps
- Prepare incident and performance reports
- Escalate issues, bugs, and outages to ensure business continuity
- Trigger Next Best Actions (NBAs) based on business objectives
- Measure and report SLA performance across teams
- Hands-on experience with Excel, Tableau, and SQL
