Trainer (Part-Time)

Location: Partner Colleges (college visits only, as per training schedule)

Mode: In Person (as per college training schedule)

Engagement Type: Part-Time / Hourly Basis

Remuneration: 

Soft Skill -- ₹600 – ₹900 per hour (based on experience and session scope)

Technical -- ₹800 – ₹1200 per hour (based on experience and session scope)

Reporting to: Training Excellence Manager

Looking for dynamic professionals who can deliver Soft Skills + Technical Training to college students and help them become placement-ready.

💼 Role Overview

Deliver training on:

Soft Skills: Communication, GD-PI, resume building, personal branding

Technical Skills: Java / Python / AWS / AI / Data Analytics / Service Desk

Conduct mock interviews, group discussions & assessments

Facilitate hands-on learning through projects & real-world scenarios

Prepare students for placements & corporate readiness

Eligibility

Graduate (Technical background preferred)

3+ years industry experience

Training experience preferred

Strong communication & presentation skills
