🚨 HCLTech – Walk‑In Drive | Chennai | 18 April 🚨
Position: Maintainability Engineer | RCM2 Specialist
HCLTech is conducting a walk‑in drive in Chennai on 18th April for experienced professionals with strong expertise in Maintainability Engineering and RCM2.
🔧 Key Focus Areas:
• End‑to‑end RCM2 analysis and implementation
• Maintenance strategy development for Power Converters & Transmission assets
• Maintenance plan optimization, job cards, and repair methodologies
• Spares engineering and optimization using SAP / Maximo
• RAMS collaboration, KPI ownership, audits, and condition monitoring
🎓 Requirements:
• Electrical / Mechanical Engineering background
• 10+ years of experience (Power T&D preferred)
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of RCM2, IEC/EN maintenance standards, and CMMS tools
