Do you have a strong sense of responsibility, compassion for others, and the ability to remain focused when it matters most? Join our care team as a Patient Safety Attendant and play a critical role in keeping patients safe during their hospital stay.
As a Patient Safety Attendant, you’ll provide continuous, in‑room observation and be a calming, reassuring presence for patients who require close monitoring. While this is a non‑clinical role, your work directly supports our nursing staff and contributes to a safe, supportive healing environment.
What You’ll Do
- Remain with assigned patients at all times to maintain a safe environment
- Provide ongoing observation and promptly alert nursing staff to patient needs or safety concerns
- Support patient safety through consistent presence, attentiveness, and professionalism
- Perform all non‑clinical responsibilities in accordance with safety standards
- Function under the supervision of a licensed nurse as part of an interdisciplinary care team
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to stay attentive for extended periods and follow safety protocols
- Strong communication skills and a calm, dependable demeanor
- Commitment to patient dignity, safety, and confidentiality
- Weekend availability as part of schedule commitment
