GraduateTrainee - Facility Management

As a Facility Graduate Trainee, you will be at the heart of our fulfillment engine, learning the ropes across end-to-end warehouse operations. This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role designed to fast-track you toward becoming a Facility Manager. You will work closely with on-ground teams and central ops to drive performance, improve fill rates, minimize damage, and ensure world-class service levels for every Wakefit customer. What You'll Do During your training period, you will be rotated through key functional areas such as: ● Inbound & Outbound Operations: Learn how we receive and dispatch thousands of shipments daily across categories like furniture, mattresses, and home products. ● Load Planning & Vehicle Management: Plan loading across routes, ensure optimal vehicle utilization, and track on-time dispatch and delivery. ● Inventory Management: Understand product stocking norms, warehouse zoning, and FIFO compliance to reduce ageing and improve picking efficiency. ● Product Handling & Damage Control: Ensure proper material handling SOPs to reduce product damage during loading, stacking, and storage. ● Reverse Logistics: Manage pickup and movement of customer returns and refurbishments with minimal cost and quick turnaround. ● Fill Rate & SLA Tracking: Work on improving daily fill rates by ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time. ● Team & Process Supervision: Shadow supervisors and ground staff to understand how to manage manpower, productivity, and discipline on the floor.
