Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Waiter at Brewin Cafe, located in Kanpur. The role includes welcoming customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure prompt and accurate service.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills to create a positive dining experience and interact effectively with customers.
- Experience or knowledge in Food & Beverage and Food Service to ensure proper handling and presentation of meals.
- Basic Cooking skills are a plus to assist with simple food preparation tasks if needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Team player with a friendly and professional attitude and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in the food and beverage or hospitality sector is an added advantage.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to the needs of the business.
