Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers and guests.
- Take customer orders and serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Assist in setting up and clearing dining and service areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, service areas, and assigned workspaces.
- Ensure proper arrangement of tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery, and other service items.
- Assist customers with their requirements and respond to service-related queries.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order service.
- Follow company standards for food service, hygiene, and customer handling.
- Handle customer requests and complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Support the team during busy service hours and assist with other F&B operations as required.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Hospitality / F&B Service is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Professional and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
