Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Waiter position located at our Radisson Hotel property in Prayagraj. The Waiter will focus on delivering exceptional customer service to guests in our dining facilities. Daily responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and beverages, addressing guests' needs, maintaining cleanliness standards in the dining area, and ensuring a welcoming experience. The ideal candidate will foster our “Yes I Can!” ethos and prioritize creating memorable experiences for all guests.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Efficient multitasking skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism
- Experience in food service, basic knowledge of food and beverage offerings
- Team collaboration and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in hospitality is a plus but not mandatory
- A positive attitude that aligns with Radisson Hotel Group’s “Yes I Can!” service philosophy
