This position is based in Crown Point, Indiana, and supports programs throughout the Northwest Indiana (NWI) region.
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with a background in IDD, Supported Living, or residential services to oversee program quality, staff leadership, and compliance.
Compensation & Schedule
- Starting pay: $44,000
- Typical schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (day shift)
- Flexibility required to cover shift call-offs and program needs
- Additional pay available for billable hours worked beyond the standard schedule
Responsibilities:
Leadership
- Supervise and support Supported Living Supervisors
- Participate in hiring and staffing decisions
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching
Quality & Compliance
- Oversee documentation and ensure compliance with BDDS and state regulations
- Review incident reports and follow up as needed
- Monitor Individual Support Plans (ISPs)
- Conduct site visits and audits across the NWI region
Operations
- Support benefits and eligibility coordination
- Oversee payroll approval, attendance tracking, and expense reporting
Program Support
- Build relationships with families, teams, and community partners
- Participate in on-call leadership rotation

Requirements
- Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Previous roles such as DSP, House Manager, or Supported Living Supervisor
- Experience managing staff in residential or supported living settings
- Knowledge of BDDS regulations and ISPs
- Strong leadership and accountability skills
