Description
Wabash Center, a mission-driven and rapidly growing provider of disability and special needs services, is seeking a highly motivated Production Associate / Manufacturing Support Technician to support high-volume production, assembly, and logistics operations. This role is ideal for candidates seeking hands-on experience in production operations, material handling, light manufacturing, assembly, and quality control within a structured and team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform kitting, light assembly, and packaging operations for production orders with high accuracy and efficiency
- Execute fine motor assembly tasks, including screwing, bolting, wiring, and assembling small components
- Conduct material handling tasks, including lifting, moving, and staging materials to support workflow continuity
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment aligned with workplace safety standards
- Prepare and manage workstation setup and teardown for production runs
- Ensure confidentiality compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), including attendance, punctuality, documentation, and dress code policies
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Continuous standing for extended periods
- Repetitive motion and use of fine dexterity skills
- Lifting and moving materials as needed in a fast-paced production environment

Schedule & Locations:
- Greenbush Campus (On-site): 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Preferred
- Must be to pass a background screen
- Ability to work mornings and days
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Familiarity with Kitting and piecing is a plus, but not required
