What You’ll Do
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will provide hands-on care, life skills training, and community support.
Choose Your Impact Area
Adult Services DSP
- Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Support individuals in Supported Living homes
- Help build life skills such as cooking, budgeting, and household tasks
- Provide transportation to appointments and community activities
- Administer medications and monitor health needs
- Promote independence and self-advocacy
Youth Services DSP
- Support IEP and individualized service plan goals
- Assist with structured learning and daily activities
- Encourage social development and peer interaction
- Support behavior plans and skill-building strategies
- Maintain a safe and engaging environment
What We’re Looking For
- Compassionate and dependable individuals
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in caregiving or related fields preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background screening
- Strong communication skills

Shift Premiums
- Evening: +$2.00/hour
- Overnight: +$2.00/hour
- Weekend: +$3.00/hour
Schedule
- Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
- Afterschool Youth Services (2:00 PM – 6:00 PM)
- Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN roles available

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred

Experience in caregiving, direct care, home health, behavioral health, or disability services preferred
