Compensation: $75,000 annual salary

Position Summary
- The Pricing Analyst (Laminate & Finishes) is responsible for the pricing strategy, maintenance, and financial tracking of laminate and finishing product lines.
- This role ensures pricing accuracy, manages vendor rebates and contracts, and supports cross-functional teams with timely communication on cost changes and pricing updates.
Key Responsibilities
Pricing & Data Management
- The role entails the creation, maintenance and pricing of all laminate and related sample materials including Formica, Nevamar, Pionite and import laminates
- Maintain accurate pricing structures in SAP and ensure alignment with vendor costs and margin targets
- Analyze pricing changes and support margin optimization efforts
Vendor Rebates & Contracts
- Responsible for monthly rebate claims from laminate vendors
- Submit and coordinate approval for all pricing contracts with laminate companies as necessary (such as WICO and ICO order blocks)
- Track and reconcile vendor rebate programs to ensure full recovery
Pricing Communication
- Responsible for announcing all laminate price increases to Salesforce and Customer Service teams
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate communication of pricing updates
Cross-Functional Support
- Crosstrain on standard day-to-day Materials Management practices (creation, maintenance and pricing of hardware materials)
- Provide coverage for team members during vacations, absences, or peak workload periods
Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain data integrity across SAP and Salesforce
- Identify pricing discrepancies and resolve issues proactively
- Support reporting on pricing performance, rebates, and vendor cost changes
- Assist in continuous improvement of pricing processes and workflows
Qualifications
- Experience in pricing, data analysis, materials management, or purchasing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience with SAP required; Salesforce experience preferred
- Strong communication skills across Sales, Customer Service, and Purchasing teams
