VXI is hiring for the role of Account Associate!
Responsibilities of the Candidates:
Process all required reports timely and accurately.
Process requests for information from key stakeholders by effectively communicating through various methods.
Process and issue policy cancellations while adhering to multiple state requirements.
Ensure complete and accurate documentation of processing activities by gathering missing information and resolving inconsistencies.
Provide email and phone support for all non-licensed transactions/requests.
Review forms received, analyze, and resolve any discrepancies.
Follow up via email or phone for agency support.
Manage individual performance by setting goals, tracking achievements, soliciting feedback, and identifying improvement strategies.
Build skills and knowledge related to processing services through cross-training and learning additional processes.
Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating cultural expectations and supporting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED required.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks thoroughly.
Ability to quickly and accurately perform data entry.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Logical problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects or issues effectively.
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Understanding of customer service principles and business practices.
Experience in data entry support or the insurance industry is preferred.
Knowledge of insurance industry practices and terminology is a plus.
