* Prepare documentation plan for each document for monitoring progress and reporting * Select appropriate technology and media to deliver technical information * Create, follow and enforce the use of consistent style and formatting by developing a house style guide * Support Controller in creating other functional documents * Shall provide IMS technical products (e.g., GANTT charts, network diagrams, etc.) **Key Skills ** * Project Management * PM Tool * Technical Writing * Content Writing * Communication Skills * Written Communication * SRS documentations * Gantt Chart **Key Responsibilities: ** * Conceptualize, research, plan, analyze, and author high-quality technical documentation. * Ability to quickly learn and adapt technology, tools, and processes in a fast-paced environment. * Experience in authoring articles and topics using minimalism principles. * Experience in Information Architecture methodologies, techniques, and implementation. * Possess the advanced knowledge, experience and recognized ability to be considered an expert in their technical/professional field, possess the ability to perform tasks and oversee the efforts of junior and mid-level personnel within the technical/professional discipline. * Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality. * Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain data governance processes. * Interpret data, and analyze results using statistical techniques. * Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns relating to key performance indicators in complex data sets. * Use analyzed data to create reports identifying process improvement opportunities. * On request of Head of Quality & Performance Analysis prepare and create reports for other RAQ departments to assist with ongoing quality management.
