About the role

Office & Facility Management

  • Manage office infrastructure, facilities, housekeeping, and maintenance activities
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs, AMC, utilities, and office supplies
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with statutory norms

Vendor & Contract Management

  • Identify, negotiate, and manage vendors for admin-related services
  • Process vendor bills, maintain contracts, and track renewals
  • Monitor service quality and cost control

Travel, Transport & Accommodation

  • Arrange employee travel, vehicle management, and accommodation
  • Coordinate company transport and driver scheduling
  • Maintain travel and transport records

Asset & Inventory Management

  • Maintain records of office assets, equipment, and inventory
  • Track issuance, return, and disposal of assets
  • Conduct periodic audits

Employee Support & Coordination

  • Handle employee admin-related queries and support
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics (ID cards, seating, assets)
  • Support employee engagement activities and events

Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain administrative records, agreements, and documentation
  • Support audits and statutory inspections
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Budget & Cost Control

  • Assist in preparing and monitoring the administration budget
  • Track expenses and identify cost optimization opportunities
