Required: 3+ years demonstrated technical proficiency in SF Development for the Sales and Service Cloud 3+ Years supporting custom development (platform) and System Administration 4+ Years of Salesforce Administration support 4+ Years working with Jquery, HTML 5 and style sheet Knowledge of Salesforce Best Practices for Migrations, Org Management, Coding Practices Knowledge of SDLC and Support (Incident, Service Requests, Change, Release) Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills as well as organization and teamwork skills Excellent oral and written English communication skills Demonstrable experience in Requirements Gathering and Solution Design. Provide production support or system rollouts on nights and weekends Preferred: 1+ Years developing Salesforce Mobile and/or Lightning Technologies 1+ Years providing support for Pardot 1+ Years working with Salesforce and CTI technologies 1+ Years working with Salesforce B2B (Cloudcraze) 1+ Years working with Salesforce Social Studio Integrations (Radian6) 1+ Years providing UI/UX design Excellent understanding of JSON, SOAP, and REST methodologies for web services Personal goals to move toward solution architect role.
