Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with expertise in Git, Terraform, and WIZ deployment to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and deploying automation solutions, working with infrastructure as code, and integrating security tools into cloud environments. This role is fully remote and requires hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, automation scripting, and security platform deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and optimize Python scripts and applications to support automation and infrastructure management.
Utilize Git for version control, collaboration, and CI/CD pipeline integration.
Implement Terraform to provision and manage cloud infrastructure across multiple environments.
Deploy and configure WIZ, ensuring seamless security integration and monitoring within cloud environments.
Collaborate with DevOps, security, and cloud teams to enhance automation and infrastructure-as-code strategies.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and document deployment processes and configurations.
Ensure best practices for security, scalability, and reliability in cloud-based solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and application development.
Hands-on experience with Git for source control and team collaboration.
Expertise in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management.
Experience deploying and managing WIZ in cloud environments.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience integrating WIZ security tools with cloud-native services.
Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
Experience working in security-focused development environments.
Certification in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.
