Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic partnership strategies with stock brokers to expand market share and revenue streams.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing stock broker alliances, ensuring mutual growth objectives are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align alliance strategies with overall business goals and compliance requirements.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with potential partners to maximize value for the organization.
- Lead the alliance team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure high performance.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Proven experience in developing and managing alliances within the stock broking
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks in India’s financial markets
- Ability to build and sustain strategic relationships with stakeholders
- Leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Knowledge of stock brokerage operations and industry dynamics
- Preferred
- Previous experience working with national or regional stock brokers
- Advanced degrees or certifications in finance or business management
