At PFI Innovation Centre India, we believe talent is the engine of our global growth. As our India footprint expands, the Technology Lead – India will be responsible for ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable technology operations to support business growth and site expansion. This role will oversee local infrastructure management, lead technology enablement during new‑site launches, conduct ongoing needs assessments, and provide geopolitical and entrepreneurial leadership to ensure resilient and compliant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, evolve, and secure local technology infrastructure to align with enterprise standards.
- Coordinate maintenance, upgrades, and system optimization to minimize downtime.
- Provide hands‑on technology setup and support during India site expansions.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to execute technology rollouts and resolve launch‑related challenges.
- Train staff in new systems and ensure seamless technology integration.
- Conduct ongoing technology needs assessments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technology trends to enhance productivity and performance.
- Monitor system usage and performance metrics to proactively address issues.
- Anticipate and manage geopolitical, cultural, and regulatory risks affecting technology operations.
- Foster cross‑border collaboration to align enterprise standards with local market needs.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with 10+ years of progressive Tech leadership experience.
- Technical Agility: Ability to maintain and evolve secure, scalable infrastructure.
- Strategic Thinking: Evaluate technology needs and trends to support organizational goals.
- Geo‑Entrepreneurship: Identify opportunities, manage risks, and adapt technology strategies across geographies.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively across teams during operations and expansions.
- Operational Leadership: Drive performance optimization and proactive system management.
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving capability, and ability to operate in complex, dynamic environments.
