*Role Overview*
Responsible for driving life insurance business through client acquisition, relationship management, and cross-selling, while providing suitable insurance solutions aligned with client financial goals.
*Key Responsibilities*
Generate and manage life insurance business from existing and new clients.
Build and maintain relationships with HNIs, retail clients, and corporate customers.
Identify client needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets consistently.
Coordinate with insurance partners for policy issuance and servicing.
Drive cross-selling through wealth, investment, and distribution channels.
Ensure timely follow-ups, renewals, and client servicing support.
Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory guidelines.
Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations and internal compliance policies.

Growth in client acquisition and premium generation
Strong client retention and renewal ratios
Efficient servicing and relationship management
*Qualifications & Experience*
Graduate / MBA preferred
2–6+ years of experience in life insurance sales / BFSI sales
Strong understanding of life insurance products and client advisory
Existing client network preferred
IRDAI / NISM certifications preferred
