We at Crystal Logistic Cool Chain Pvt Ltd are scaling aggressively across India and looking for a Sales & Marketing Head who can build, lead, and transform our national revenue engine.

What You Will Lead
- Sales Strategy & Revenue Ownership
- Own and deliver annual & monthly revenue targets across all product lines
- Build a high-quality enterprise and mid-market pipeline across pharma, food, FMCG, QSR, dairy, agri
- Reefer Container Leasing & Sales
- Grow nationwide leasing portfolio
- Lead container, blast freezer & customised unit sales
- Strengthen key account relationships across large industrial buyers
- Cold Room Construction
- Drive project sales & lead generation
- Leverage government subsidy schemes (NHB, NHM, NABARD)
- Coordinate with Projects for BOQs, proposals & delivery
- Team Leadership
- Lead KAMs, Inside Sales, BD, and Technical Sales Engineers
- Build 2nd & 3rd-line leadership
- Partner with HR for hiring & compensation strategy
- Marketing & Brand
- Lead exhibitions, digital channels, trade shows
- Boost inbound performance across IndiaMART, LinkedIn, and web
- Reporting & CRM
- Weekly pipeline reporting to CEO
- Ensure 100% CRM discipline and accurate forecasting
What We’re Looking For
- 12–20 years B2B sales leadership
- 5+ years leading a revenue-owning sales team
- Strong enterprise/consultative selling skills
- Experience selling to pharma, food, FMCG, logistics, or cold-chain buyers
- Ability to scale teams in fast-growth environments
- Willingness to travel pan-India
Preferred:
- Cold storage/cold room/reefer sales experience · Knowledge of subsidy schemes · Existing relationships in supply chain & procurement (food/pharma)
